Michael J. Maginnis is a native
of New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended the University of Alabama
and completed his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State
University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970.
Thereafter, he attended Louisiana State University School
of Law and received a juris doctor in 1973. Mr. Maginnis is
admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana
the United States Court of Appeal for the Third, Fifth, Eighth
and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court.
His principle areas of practice include admiralty, maritime
and energy related defense, including both personal injury
and property damage claims; insurance coverage litigation,
representing insurers in the American, British and International
insurance markets, including both litigation and coverage;
general and commercial litigation and products liability,
and, disability claims . Mr. Maginnis has
received the Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating (AV).

Timothy P. Hurley

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana,
Timothy P. Hurley was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1983.
Receiving his bachelor's and juris doctor from Tulane University,
Mr. Hurley also attended University of Grenoble Du Droit,
France. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal
Courts of Louisiana, as well as the United States Court of
Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Hurley's areas of practice include insurance defense,
premises liability, admiralty/maritime, general casualty,
products liability, general litigation, commercial litigation,
toxic tort/asbestos defense, and construction defects. Mr.

José R. Cot attended
Tulane University in New Orleans, earning a Bachelor of Arts
degree (Cum Laude) in Political Science/International Relations
in 1985 and a juris doctor from Tulane Law School in 1988.
Mr. Cot also attended the University of Madrid in Spain. He
is admitted to practice in all the state and federal courts
of Louisiana and Texas, as well as the United States District
Court for the District of Delaware, the United States District
Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi,
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth
and Eleventh Circuits. He is a native of San Juan, Puerto
Rico, and fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Cot's primary area of practice is insurance defense litigation,
specializing in maritime personal injury and property litigation,
collision and platform liability, hurricane claims, commercial
litigation, insurance coverage analysis and litigation, subrogation/recovery
actions, construction defects, toxic torts and LHWCA. Mr.
Cot has received the Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating (AV)
and was listed in Louisiana Super Lawyers 2007. Mr. Cot is
also a trained mediator.

Daniel R. Estrada was born in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge , Louisiana
where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History (B.A.)
and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1999. He is admitted to practice
in Louisiana and U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle
Districts of Louisiana. Additionally, Mr. Estrada is fluent
in Spanish.
Mr. Estrada's primary areas of practice include insurance
defense, with emphasis in general liability, premises liability,
admiralty/maritime, automobile liability, construction defect,
subrogation/recovery actions and collections.

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ms. Heinrich earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and History at Centenary College in Shreveport. Thereafter, she attended Louisiana State University School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2006. She is admitted to practice in Louisiana state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle and Western District of Louisiana.
Ms. Heinrich’s primary areas of practice include medical malpractice, admiralty/maritime, insurance defense, automobile liability, hurricane claims, product liability, and toxic torts/asbestos defense.
